2. Subscription Services

For our subscription-based services (e.g., Premium Market Insights, Portfolio Tracking):

• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the remaining full months, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

3. Advisory Services

For one-time advisory or consultation services:

• Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the fee.
• Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of advice provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., e-books, downloadable reports), all sales are generally final. Refunds for digital products will only be considered if:

• The file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be replaced.
• The content is materially different from the description provided on our platform.

2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
